"Updated Review: I am updating my Review to 5 Stars (previously 2 Stars). After my previous review, I received personal calls from the Franchise Operator and Manager to remedy the situation. They handled it very professionally and made it right. I have scheduled my next follow-up Bath for my dog at D.O.G. Hotel. I look forward to being a happy customer going forward. Original Message: I stopped in last week and spoke with customer service rep at the front desk. She explained for my 39 lb dog the full groom would start at $75. I explained I have a Standard Poodle and she quoted me $85 or $95. I made an appointment and brought my dog in this week. They charged me way higher than estimated and advertised. And they up-charged me for “matting”. I brush my dog several times a week. There was no way there was matting. It’s there way of getting more money for the cut."

"I could not have asked for a better experience! All around friendly, patient staff and easy check-in /check-out process. I love that you can check how your pup is doing throughout the day on their Instagram page! My pup is a little grumpy and they literally nurtured him like a baby (see video). So thankful! Also, since it was our first time, the first day of daycare is free- and it was a full day until 7pm! Will definitely be returning!"
