"Went to the store for a return and an outfit caught my eye. I asked the associate if that was new/ online since I don’t believe I had seen it and inquired about the fabric. Her response was “what do you mean? You can just look at the tag and it says everything you need to know”. There was NOBODY else at the store. She is supposed to know if it was power hold/365/ sculpt knit/ seamless. Honestly, why is she even “working” there?"

"Fabletics is really hit or miss with me on size. Their clothes do not fit me. They are just oddly shaped and proportioned weird. Having said that, I received some items for Christmas and had to go to the Dadeland location to exchange. The store was well organized (even though very low on stock) and the customer service was AMAZING. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant storefront retail experience. These 5 stars are 100% for the sales associates in store."
"This has been a store of choice for me for the past year or so because of the great quality of clothes and excellent customer service. I came in today to grab an item and was rudely assisted by a girl (store manager). They didn’t even have the decency to open a fitting room- she told me to open it myself. I will be ordering online from now on."
