"640 pm on Sunday two security on door with bad attitude telling people was close when the app says 7pm, Zara aventura will never have this issue treating customer like trash 20 minutes before close time"

"Hopefully someone in upper management sees this. The problem is the manager ( I assumed she is the manager for her attitude and she was wearing a white long dress, blonde hair up to the shoulders around 55-60 y/o on 09/23/23, please check the cameras). She is not only absolutely rude to the customers also to the employees. She was threatening one of her employees and yelling her in front of customers. Also when I asked about a line, she replied “are you blind? Can’t you read what it says”? I actually have vision problems and I feel discriminated. I hope someone can make something about this lady. She is NOT ABLE to treat customers well."

"Order online, do NOT purchase from this store. They sell USED clothing, with stains, armpit stains, and disgusting smell. I don't understand how the products are even accepted upon return. Check the clothes completely before purchasing. Every time I buy here there is an issue with my clothing being defective or used. Worst Zara store location! Employees have zero emotions, rude, and do not care about helping - they simply show up for their paycheck, and you are just their inconvenience when you have an issue."
