"What a bad attitude the staff at this store. What a profane song they were playing in Spanish language. None of them spoke English to me or anyone. Where are we? Is this the US of A? On top of that, they place a barrier when you enter the store and when you exit it’s like they don’t want you here. The tone of the male employee was very dismissive and condescending."

"This store is the best store in customer service. The sales team are very attentive and helpful. Everyone in the stores is friendly. Store looks great, everything is nicely displayed. "I went personally to the store to ask the hours the day before and the employees told me they open at 10 am the next day. Online it said they open at 10 (it is now updated) so I arrived at 10 to return an item as I had a flight to catch, only to have a person inside telling me they wont open till 11am and the employee proceeded to do nothing, with me looking through the windows the whole time until 11. Worst customer service experience in a long while. To not make it awkward he started folding already folded shirts. I decided to stay there until I was helped. 40 minutes later, the manager, livid as ever helped me in to make my return and started speaking pretty colorfully about me in Spanish to her colleagues incorrectly assuming I did not understand. Soy de Honduras preciosa. Saludos."
"Save yourself the hassle and go to another store. The staff and store manager we’re incredibly disrespectful. 0 customer service skills at all. I purchased a pair of pants that one of the girls told me would fit me, I came to return it the next day because it did not fit (tried on at home). I have my receipt and they still refused to return my purchase. This has been an awful experience. I won’t be coming back. Buyer beware!"
