"I try to purchase a pair of shoes on July 9th I was waiting for a confirmation email then never came. I called the store to get the manager she tells me to call the 1 800 number. The 1 800 number leaves you on hold for over an hour and most times than not hangs up on you. I call them again to get an update if I want to be able to get these shoes. 3 weeks later I was finally able to contact the 1 800 number and get a person. Tells me that on the day that I made the purchase the manager of the store canceled the order. I was never told via any form of communication. I spent 3 weeks trying to get contact through the 1 800 number for no reason."
