The entire experience at the store was great and the attention to detail was impressive. The young man , Johan, who helped me from beginning to end was excellent. "I ordered 2 suits, one of which was for my wedding. I had 2 separate meetings after receiving the suit to ensure it fit well, which it did. However, the day of my wedding about an hour before our ceremony, the seam in the back had a tear in it. I had only worn this when trying on and getting fitted prior. I had to scramble to find a sewing kit before first look photos/ceremony, not the ideal moment during my wedding... I love the suit, I had spent a lot of time looking for the right company to use for the big day but not sure if the quality of the material is great. I am in contact with support and hoping they will fix this with no additional charge. I followed the steps they recommended where once I received the suit they said to schedule an appointment to make sure everything fits well. I did that and once I got the slight adjustment, I scheduled an additional meeting and was again assured everything looked and felt good. The Staff was definitely amazing to work with during the process , I don't blame them, but I do question the quality of the material with how easy the tear seemed to happen. Maybe I was just unlucky and mine was stitched poorly, either way it caused a lot of stress and annoyance the day of our wedding."
