"Stay away of this store, the worst customer service, this store does not care about the customers, today November 7th 2022 At Nautica store inside the Dolphin Mall between 3-6 pm I walked into the classic polo section when suddenly a Nautica rep male-short guy came to me with a rude attitude telling me that I cannot choose or select by myself that every size must be requested to him and he was behind me all the time until I decided to move to another section. What is this place about??? I left very mad and frustrated, You cannot treat customers like that, we come to buy, to see the items and the models, if you don't want to work, then leave that place and go to somewhere else. I saw another gentleman that left the store arguing for the same issue!!!!!"
"Went shopping with my wife for the Holidays. We were in the classic fit Polo.A Team Member asked if we needed any assistance, we said we were ok. Then she says she doesn’t want us messing up all the shirts. Fair enough, I asked to please help getting a yellow LG. She then said that she wasn’t going to help us and that we would have to get it ourselves. I don’t get it? Whatever happen to customer service and kindness? I told the manager about it....."
"I me and my sister was shopping and 1 of your employees followed us around the whole store as if we was going to steal. I asked her do we have a problem she said no. It’s very uncomfortable shopping when someone making you feel like you will take from them. I have no reason to steal. When I asked her name she said for what and walked off very unprofessional"
