"Arturo the manager of the store is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful , this store is a scam i will never come back here again. I bought 2 similar pants same size just different color ($120 each)for some reason one is tighter than the other how that is possible if its the same pants, i used it for one hour then i took it off was still new, i went back after 3 days with the tag and the receipt, I didn’t even ask for refund i only needed a bigger size or a credit and Arturo refused to. Arturo bad attitude I don’t recommend this store they don’t give good service for a good customer i used to buy a lot from this store but never again. SCAMER STORE BE CAREFUL"

"We had a really bad experience with the manager who took care of us, I think his name was Arturo. We purchase my fiancé’s wedding suit with them a few months ago and two weeks til the wedding he tries it on and realizes he didn’t like how the pants fit him so we went there hoping to exchange it or at least get their advice. Well the manager gave us a hard time since the get go, first because we didn’t have the receipt, then he found us on their system so the receipt issue was overcome but he still talked to us as if we were beggars. I asked if we could try it on so he could give us his expert opinion, and he said he wasn’t a tailor…such a negative experience! We still bought a bunch of other items because we were not going to let him steer us away from our plans but I’m definitely never again entering this store."

"I bought a pocket square and a tie in the store. The service was actually pretty good. Sadly, when I opened the pocket square packaging, it was empty. Due to me being in another country I couldnt go back. I don't know if it was on purpose but I at least negligent. I emailed them regarding the topic I didnt get a reply."
