"Always my go to hotel with no problems. First time having bugs in the room. They offered another room and it also had bugs. Will not be staying at this place anymore."
"They told me that they wouldn't rent a room to us because we left a room trashed. This is A LIE because the only time we stayed there the room was under another's name and they were able to stay there 2 times at 2 different occasions. I'm a former hotel housekeeper and never have I ever left a messy or trashed out room. I would be very aware if you stay there because the human trafficking is off the chain."
"The location is great. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was immaculate. Sadly we found a few roaches in our room. We did not expect this as hotel was highly recommended. I hope this is taken care of as we would like to stay there again."
"Stayed there room was dirty floor had to be released just to walk on it without being stuck to it. Checked in sheets had old blood stains when checking g Valerie said taking 40 out of deposit because blood was old because and no one In our party had any cuts or was bleeding we essentially paid for Valerie lunch today for she just a couple pounds under 600 do not recommend staying there unless you want to support her food addiction"
