"I stay here with my mother every time I pass through town. Lisa, Mark, and Johnny are always on spot with their professionalism. Wanda is a housekeeper here and does an amazing job cleaning and making sure every room has amenities! Very sweet young lady. Kenny is always making sure laundry is done and that there's no debris in the parking lot. Priya is right behind him making sure the behind the scenes part of the job is done, too. Also, there's a beautiful sitting area in the back with a charcoal grill, flowers, and plants. Just gorgeous. Thank you to everyone here for taking pride in your work. "We stayed at red roof to do a vacay on a budget because I’m a college student. The hotel is quiet, it’s in a good location as it’s not a super far drive from the beach. The staff is nice. Check in is at 2-3pm depending on the day. Check out is 11 am."

"Let me start by saying that I am a truck driver and I sleep in hotels every day. At first, I had no expectations of a red roof hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are incredibly clean, even the towels smell pleasant. And the service is simply fantastic, thank you Red Roof defuniak springs Florida"

"Terrible experience, we come in after 10+ hours of driving and get put into a room where the door doesn’t even shut properly and you can obviously tell it hadn’t been cleaned and not to mention the fire alarm had no battery’s . We ask for a new room because it obviously wasn’t safe, we get moved into the new room and it is infested with flies, cockroaches and bed bugs and the fire alarm has no battery’s again. At this point we just want a refund so my girlfriend and I go to the office and talk to the employee on duty and he argues and fights with us for almost half an hour until he finally said he would refund the charge and we left. I would highly recommend you avoid this place at all cost due to the disgusting disease filled rooms and the extremely horrible and unprofessional staff"

"Good price. Clean rooms. Needed an 1 night driving through. We booked wrong and guy behind the desk was able to check us in anyway. No complaints at all. Would stay again."
