"The staff aren’t friendly and seemed like they were in a bad mood. They were gossiping to each other and whispering. I felt unwelcome so I didn’t purchase anything. I’m sure there are great items sold here but the attitude of the staff will keep those items on the shelf. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere."

"Made an appt to consign the staff is soooooooo rude and unprofessional. against my better judgement I left my items. When the ones not sold were due for pick up they gave me an item with a missing belt. Did not even care same girl that took consignment same rude attitude. I reached out to franchise owner who was very apologetic. Unfortunately, we don't deal with him but the employees and they are so rude. Worth a once a month trip to the beach to visit Consign of the Times a classy consignment store that takes high end and not lululemon leggings."
