"Do not shop here, they essentially treat their employees like slaves Very unfair pay... Overworking employees, not paying overtime or anything at all for that matter for anything past 8 hours, they're lunch breaks are limited to 10 minutes for a long shift, and they are expected to work 10 days straight. They have a practice of only hiring immigrants, because they know they can easily be taken advantage of."

"The store was huge which gave us a lot to chose from for our miami souvenir. However when we got back home I washed all our clothes including the ones we bought here. And the letters on the tie dye shirt for my daughter had started to peel off or already came off in the wash. Store wasn’t that bad I just wouldn’t recommend the tie dye shirts. Our other shirts came out fine luckily."

"Great place to buy souvenirs. The service is great and the staff are ready to help with any suggestions and questions. I regularly come here to shop whenever I decide to give gifts overseas. Quality of the products are great."

"On the ground floor on a corner in South Beach I really enjoyed looking around this Souvenir shop. The aisles were narrow and some were tough to walk around. It is not easily accessible. Prices range from cheap to expensive. They have Magnets, bags, clothes, swimwear, caps, tshirts, hoodies etc. Enjoy looking around."

"I would give -100 if I can. The worst experience ever. The first time I went to this place, I spent almost $300. I bought my uncle 4 T-shirts that were small. Next day I went back to exchange all of them but we couldn't find any bigger sizes. Any way I exchanged them to a 2 swimming suites. The first exchange experience they refused to exchange and they said that the clothes smell like smoke. I got so frustrated because this is just an excuse to not exchange them. So I called another employee to ask her if it does smell. But she was confused or scared from the manager. And said yes there is a little smell which is a lie. To make the story short, the swimming suites were too small, the employee did not say that it can't be even exchanged. I tried just one at the hotel with the protection but sadly it did not fit even if it was L size (by the way i am not fat) . I went to exchange them but they were so rude, disrespectful, and discriminating against me and my sister who cover and wear al-hijab. They refused to exchange them and I tried to tell them that I did not know. And the employee who helped me to pick them did not tell that no way to exchange any underway or swimming suite. She even tried to tell them that but they were so mean and you don't need to explain anything. And said I did exchange clothes two days ago. I told I have the right to exchange as much as I need if I have the receipt and the tags. The manager and another rude employee were talking so nasty about me exchanging twice. And one of them said this the last time she will make an exchange for me. I asked her that I need the receipt she took it from my hand so rudely and said no this is our and I will make another exchange for you. I told her I will never buy again from any of your stores. But my lawyer will take care of the discrimination against us. I felt so insulted and disrespected. No doubt, I will hire a lawyer when I get back to my state so he will take care of the disrespect and discrimination against me and my sister."
