"7 registers, 2 employees working checkout, the line is backed up all the way back in the perfume section, probably 40 + customers waiting in line, taking over 30 min to check out. People are just giving up on their purchases, loss of revenue for the store. I feel bad for the 2 workers doing their best over stressed of the situation. Is there a manager in this store? How is this acceptable?"
