"Straight garbage avoid this store at all costs. Closed the store at 730pm and hours of operation clearly say until 8pm"

"Visited the location on 183rd and NW 27th Avenue recently. The customer service was absolutely horrible. No greeting, two girls never looked up from their phones. Needed assistance and I asked for the manager. One of the girls stated she was the manager. Dressed inappropriately. Needed a fitting room for my daughter and no one ever checked on us. I work in customer service and this wasn't it. Need to do better."

"I am a single mother the person is in the register is not tell you it's no refund only returning and that's not right just the store charged me $69 uniform just way too much money the store needs to get people refunds that money back"

"That have horrible customer service. I bought one black short for my sons school uniform. He wore it once and came home with his pant unbuckled. I ask what happen. He said the metal slider came came off. I went to store two weeks after purchase and ten days after he wore them (hurricane irma) the store refuses to exchange the short. This is low quality in their merchandizlse and service. Im digusted."
