"The store has good items to purchase. But the management does not know how to have more cashiers working to handle a line of 40 people at a time you wait almost an hour in line to check out. Bad management they are the ones managers should step in and help"

"This location is in dire need of actually hiring a good amount of employees that can actually help keep the line from being all the way around the little corner where their perfumes are, some of the cashiers really do have great personalities but being overworked and in such high demand they can't even focus or give much great customer service; it's easy to blame them and not management. However they are not the issue. Hiring people , paying people and staff retention would be no issue. The store does its best to keep things organized but of course the public just messes it up so I can't blame Burlington on that part. Just fix the time of length in the line and we will be good. This location is very busy most times so it needs a little work on management to become better with it's Day to day operations."

"One cashier during the evening. Absolutely ridiculous. As you can see in pictures lines was building up. Everyone was getting impatient. You’d think they bring someone else up to help. There was one person sorting clothes up front and one waiting on customers. Gave up and left. There was a person with a cart that was full didn’t feel like waiting up ahead."
