"Largest Ross I have been in. Huge inventory. Staff was very nice. Checkout was a little slow need more registers open. Once it got really backed up they did try to open more."

"Be careful when you buy in this store.I bought a pair of shoes. I used them for one day, and they didn’t fit me well. They hurt my feet. I came back to the store with the receipt the day after to ask for a refund, and the manager told me that it wasn’t possible because I had worn them. Of course, I had worn them. How did I know that they weren’t good for me? It is absurd. I left the shoes in the store. Ross stole my money!"

"A bit of a bizarre store lay out with quite a lot crammed in. The exterior is a bit grotty looking but it does look like a lot of work is being carried out. Quite a few reasonably priced items."

"Good store. Great prices. But the queue for the check outs was absolutely ridiculous. They need more cashiers. My second visit to the store. I left empty handed. 15 minutes in the queue and getting no where. I gave up."

"Not a far walk from over the bridge if you are staying in the Brickell area. It's an old building but this ROSS had A LOT and if you are looking for shoes, sneakers, lamps, bags, cosmetics, rugs, chairs, etc this is a place worth checking out. I got some UNDER ARMOUR "The Rock" sandals with michelin bottoms for $12.99 for the beach! I don't have a ROSS where I live but every time I am in Florida I have to pop in and buy stuff. GREAT STORE with a GREAT STAFF!"
