"Fanciest Zara, I've been to anywhere beautiful selection well. The one I went to in Viña del Mar Chile was pretty awesome, too, TBF. Bought my wife a couple of Xmas gifts here, a beautiful little black dress that fit her to perfection and a cute little black skirt. She was really happy with gifts. I'm saved another year, lol"
"Heinous experience at this location. We selected a button down shirt that rang up $6 more than it was marked on the tag. We requested a manager for a price adjustment and they refused. Not a good strategy whatsoever as this $6 difference cost the company a $40 sale. Retail 101 is to price match what’s on the tag."
"Horrible experience and customer service. First, one of Zara’s employees charged me twice for an item that she was trying to steal and also charged me full price for sale items. This employee was also so sick and coughing like crazy on the customers. After I complained about this, I was not satisfied with the way the situation was resolved. Don’t shop here absolutely terrible experience!"
"When returning items, it is crucial to ensure that you receive a refund printed ticket before leaving the store. In my recent experience, I returned an item and was informed by a seemingly new employee that I did not need a printout as the refund would be directly processed to my card. However, to my disappointment, I did not receive the refund. Upon discussing the matter with the store manager roughly 17 days after i returned the item, I was advised to contact customer service. Unfortunately, when I reached out to customer service, they instructed me to return to the store. Considering the value of my time, I have decided to request a paper receipt before leaving the store in the future."

However, the checkout process is often frustrating due to long lines and slow service, which can be a major drawback.
