"It's incredible that if a garment doesn't fit, you can't make an exchange or buy something else. They say they give 7 days of time for that when here in Miami you have a month or even more for it in any store. We will have to put those clothes in the market place."

"I bought a dress here and had to travel.. when I returned I tried to get a refund or change for something else and they didn’t let me because it passes a little more than the period it was permitted for returns.. I had the tag on.. never used .. but they were by the book and didn’t let me exchanged for something else.. it’s been over a year.. and the dress is still here in my closet.. with the tag on.. I even tried to sell online.. I could have been a happy customer and spent even more money buying more things at the time .. but.."
