"Staff is always rude in the American eagle half of the store. Eye rolling and staring at you when you ask a question like you’re bothering them. The aerie side the girls have always been nice and helpful."
"This location is fantastic. I came in a few weeks ago and due to a bad experience I had at another store recently, I felt compelled to write about how wonderful the staff at this location was. The manager, specifically, was so kind and accommodating. He made my exchange so easy, and even though I took up a bit of time, I felt like he genuinely wanted to help. I love AE jeans but I loved the customer service displayed here even more. Will definitely come back to this location for future purchases."
"Cute selections, but staff needs to back off a little, like social distance themselves and give you space to look around. I felt crowded. You should not have 3 people asking you within 5 minutes of entering the store what are you looking for or can I help you. They were nice but pushy in my opinion. Not sure if they are on commission pay or not but acted as if they were. I had to decide quickly on my purchase so that I could exit. My first and probably last time buying anything from here."
