"Today, Me, my daughter, and my 8 year old son went to this store in the hope of getting a dress for my daughter's graduation until to leave the store with more than we asked for, shortly after entering the store we found a dress that my daughter wanted to try on which she proceeded to do so, while me and my again 8 year old son were waiting for her to come out, as everyone is surely used to doing, nothing out of the normal or so we thought, a few minutes after I heard one of the store employees of seemingly hispanic ethnicity which is only relevant because she spoke directly to my son to tell him "Men were not allowed in the store and told him to he needed to leave" which I after hearing her was shocked and approach her and with surprise and anger asked her why she telling my 8 year old son to leave the store if he was with us trying to get my daughter a dress, she then went on to say men were not allowed in the store and that the women in the store or the dressing room would feel harassed by my child, I brought it up with the store manager which was rather hostile and said it was not the employees fault as it was store policy and that the employee said what she said because SHE DID SPEAK GOOD SPANISH when she told everything to my son and me in Spanish. I honestly can respect that but as employees dealing directly with customers you MUST have customer service skills, very disappointing experience, hopefully they make a better effort training their employees, to learn how to manage or deescalate a situation."
