She approached me in a rude manner and insulted me after I opened a box containing one of the products. I believe her behavior lacked respect and proper customer service etiquette. Bad, to bad."

"Only at the entrance I found some full sleeves shirts which were really good stuff. But I was surprised to find out that even their extra-small (XS) size was big enough for me. Alas, I got out without that shirt. But I was also surprised to see that they now have their own clothing section besides the different styles of undergarments. So my only complaint is with this extra-small size not being small enough. But the stuff was something."

"I had the worst experience a client can have at this store. Bought a wallet and a few minutes later I decided I wanted to return it. I didn’t take the receipt when I bought it, my bad. When I returned, cashier was different (he later told me he was the manager). First able his body language looked like he didn’t want to be there at all, no eyes contact, not smile, just a disgusted face. When I told him what I wanted he started saying that if he couldn’t find the purchase he wouldn’t be able to make the return, that with not even trying, and with a terrible attitude. I told him that the other cashier maybe threw the receipt in the trash and he got upset, as if I asked him to thro himself in the trash..I asked his name and he says that’s he didn’t have to give me his name..and because he was the manager he could do whatever he wanted, I could leave if I wanted…it was just humiliating. If the run the cameras they can have proof of all this…Calvin Klein should fire that incompetent immediately. If u see the guy in the picture leave the store immediately before you get the worst customer service of your live."

"I was at Calvin Klein at Dolfin Mall in Doral (Florida) to buy a suit and I was poorly attended, it seemed that I was asking for a favor. It was on Friday the 2nd of June at 8pm, the employees didn't want to give me information, I had some doubts about the size of the suit and they weren't willing to help, the lights were off in the changing rooms, I even had problems paying for the purchase . I was very disappointed with the service I received. I do not recommend that you buy at Calvin Klein in the Dolfin Mall"
