"I have been taking my dogs to Monica on and off for a couple of years but most recently have been using her to groom my two toy poodles, the last visit she cut my pups hind leg really bad and didn't even mention that it had happened, l let it slide thinking maybe it was a mistake then recently yesterday she did something to my dogs eye were he can't even open his eye, took him to the vet and now he's on medication for 2 weeks with eye ulcer due to chemical burn. That's really bad for business l'm in the process of reporting her to the BBB. Very and happy and sad for my pups no wonder they get so anxious and scared when I drop them to her."
