"The size of the store is impressive, and they have a decent selection. However, and I hate to drop a rating based on an amenity but, the restroom was one of the filthiest and nastiest ones I have ever seen. I felt like I was at a truck stop but worse. The men’s restroom smelled like someone bathed 7 dogs and air out a giant set of sweaty nuts. Literally about gagged."
"Supper disappointed, local store that I shop at list twice a month, however, returns are painful, 6 months ago they couldn’t find the item code in their system for a dress that I purchased there, gave me a hard time on a return, similar situation accrued a year ago. Today, I brought a tj max dress for return that I got two weeks ago, I was told they will take it back only at the discounted price this very store is selling it. I’m in customer service business, and pride my self for it, should I do the same to my customers they will not be returning So I will definitely not be returning there anymore."
"I have shopped at this Marshall's since 1995. It has great finds and is always neat, clean and well stocked. I had the worst experience today while trying to make what I thought was going to be a simple return. The tag on the item was ringing up as cargo pants and the item I was returning with tags attached with a receipt was a dressy jumper. Instead of considering the store had initially tagged the item incorrectly from my initial purchase and offer a refund and apologize for the inconvenience . The department manager denied the item was from their store, said she had never seen it, and that the tag didn't match and it could be a tag from anywhere. She did everything under the sun to imply I was being dishonest and committing a crime all with a receipt showing the number of the tagged item still attached to the clothing. Ma'am you were wrong, rude, and accusatory. Not everyone is a theif and dishonest. Her last words were I'll do it this time but not again. Do what again ma'am return a customer's item WITH A VALID RECEIPT. It was an honest mistake on the stores part, yet I had to endure this ugly and upsetting interaction.Do better!!!!"
