"One of the worst experience ever. I don't go around giving negative reviews on businesses unless they deserve it. This one deserves way worst than 1 star! I bought a couple of dresses from them months ago. The dresses were of poor quality and not sized correctly. One of the dresses i got was supposed to be small but it's way smaller than a small. The other dress, they had sent me a wrong dress which i had told them, send them multiple emails,and they never did anything about it. Until I finally got fed up because of the non existent customer service.i told them i am returning the dress that was mistakenly sent to me and the other dress that does not fit me. They are refusing to refund me the money owed to me for one of the dresses. The owner does not know what's happening to his own company and when he became up to date, refused to rectify the problem. Very sad."
