"Door was open, upon walking in I was told it’s almost closed. (Whatever that’s supposed to mean) almost closed ? If you don’t want people to come in and shop then lock the door. 15 seconds later. Another employee told me they are closed and if I want to grab something I should do that now. So a total of 20 sec in the store to shop. Again close the doors if you don’t want people to come in. !!! As I was walking out I then overheard them continued to talk about how they don’t want to help people when it’s close to closing for a maybe extra $100 bucks. Super unprofessional and they sure as hell know how to make customers feel unwelcome. If you don’t want to help people close to closing then close the doors 30min prior so the customers that are in the store at least have time to finish their shopping. And next time wait till the customer actually exits the store before talking $hit"

"Ghetto the one lady was holding a very loud conversation in the back! I had no idea she even worked there until she ran from the back after 5 minutes of us being in a long line! A lady walked in and they stopped everything and started an outside conversation saying that they would have to start over ringing up the merch because they forgot where they left off due to the side convo! She started again and continued to disregard us and don gage in a conversation! Wowwwwww def would never come to Florida and make this mistake again"

"This was my first time coming into this store to purchase something cheap for an outing the following day. The pros: the merchandise is better than I see at a lot of other rainbows. It's clean. The cons and reason I walked out of there leaving my purchase at the counter. No one helped me in the fitting room. Still I found something to purchase. I went to check out and no one was at the cash register. Finally after some some time, someone came came up to the cash register actually two people, one lady said hi the other did not acknowledge my presence at all and NO1 CHECKED ME OUT or said to wait or anything. After waiting I left my purchase and that is my first and last time every going back into that store."
