"Unacceptable. This company (who I have purchased from several times) offers no solution to defective products. The owner herself contacted me and specifically told me I could send back CRACKED $150 sandals and she would refund my money since she didn’t have a replacement for me. I had to deal with a family emergency that halted me from sending them back right away and I messaged her regarding it and the shipping costs I was to accrue and all of a sudden she changed her agreement to there’s nothing she can do for me. So, not only did they stiff me $150, but they now refuse to give me an actual QUALITY product I rightfully paid for. Her excuse also included something about a new owner not willing to honor the return after she already said she would take care of it. I feel taken advantage of, lied to and cheated. I don’t do business with DISHONEST companies."
