Tina sent lots of pictures while we were gone and kept us informed on how well Brody was doing. She also groomed Brody and gave him a beautiful lion cut. "Excellent,Excellent, Excellent! I can't say enough of how well they took care of my cats. Owners, Tina and Tom went out of their way to work around my schedule. My cat stayed in very large and secure accommodations. The place is immaculate clean. You wouldn't even know that there were cats there. They even brushed and trimmed my cat's nails for me, so I know they spent time with them. They texted me and sent me photos while I was away. This really put me at rest that my cats were in a very safe environment. I would recommend this establishment highly."

"My grumpy old cat stayed here for 16 days while we moved and coordinated housing. He is usually pretty tense, but he took to Cozy Cat immediately and wandered around sniffing stuff as we checked him in. The kennels are really large too, so Ollie had plenty of space to make himself at home. Tina sent us photos and kept in regular contact throughout the relatively lengthy stay, which made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving him. My husband even said that when he picked up the kitty, they took a few minutes to pet our cat goodbye, which is a level of genuine care and kindness that you can't find in most places. I would absolutely bring my baby back here!"
