"I just had the most ghetto shopping experience at Express in Dadeland Mall. We have been under extreme heat warnings for weeks here in Miami and this store has been operating with a broken a/c for months. There are fans placed on the floor all over the place. It feels like I’m shopping in a flea market. Trying on clothes was impossible, literally dripping sweat. It was so gross and so uncomfortable. Until this company gets it together, I will not be returning."
