PRIVATE LABEL STYLES

"TLDR: Do not order from Private Label Styles. I placed an online order from this seller and never received my item. I placed an order for one item back in August of 2023. After about a week, I had not received any updates, so I reached out and was told it would I take about 3 weeks to receive my item. After about 4 weeks, I still had not heard/ received anything, so I tried to message them again several times over the next couple weeks. I never received another true update. Once they did respond saying they would look into it and get back to me in an email, but I never received an email update. I tried calling their number several times and no one would answer the phone either. So, I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Private Label Styles waited until the last couple days to respond to my bank with false information saying they had shipped my item to the address I provided, but they didn’t provide a tracking number or evidence. I then had to wait even longer to receive my money since a second dispute round was required because of Private Label Styles’s misinformation. In late December, Visa did declare in my favor though, and I luckily was not out any money, just time, for this ordeal. Also, if Private Label Styles bothers themselves to respond to this review, that just shows the kind of company they are."

"Zero stars. Zero effort to help. Buyer beware. Dress was supposed to be tailor made to measurements provided and arrived extremely large and only days before my wedding. Had to take to a local seamstress and have the dress completely reconstructed to fit which cost almost as much as the dress itself. When the facts and photos were presented to Genavive, she was rude, unhelpful, said it was my fault, and refused even partially refund me to help offset the extra cost it took to make the dress fit. Extremely disappointed in this business."

The staff was really sweet and helpful and the sales person, Ale, was especially helpful in finding me a one of a kind dress for a special event. I can’t wait to go visit their second location soon!"
