"Located in the Falls shopping mall. I always like their size system: 0 till 4. Good selection of festive outfits . Perfect for the xmas season. Think sweaters and blouses with sparkle and pants with embroidery. Friendly staff."

"I've been coming to this store for years. Their clothes are so beautiful and comfortable. It's my favorite store in Miami. The customer service is usually fantastic. In particular, I really love Claudia. She always greets me with a great big smile when I walk in. She remembers what I like and always tells me about their specials and new clothes that are my style and what I like. They recently hired a new lady, I think her her is Anais. She seems to be the new manager? I'm not a fan. I cannot imagine other customers are either. I've interacted with her a couple times and she's always been rude. She's not helpful and is very passive aggressive. She's definitely not the Chico's style of customer service that I'm used to. I'm hoping someone talks to her or I will need to start going to the one in Merrick Park."

I had a large, multi order return and she handled it like a BOSS, with super friendly efficiency and no judgment! I am uncomfortable when sales associates are fake-friendly and Kimberly has the perfect balance of professionalism and friendly helpfulness. She’s a keeper!!!"
