"First off, the associates are restocking and blocking multiple areas throughout the day. It seems that these are measures that should be taken prior to the store opening. Second, the pajama sets are stuck together with the sensor. When I brought this up to the fitting room attendant, she says well it makes sense that if the top 50 the bottom fits you as well. The inflexibility to help guests is seriously disturbing. I had two pajama sets in my hands that I really liked and will have likely bought but just wanted to try it on first. As someone who works in customer service, she should have had the manager come to the fitting room to remove the sensor momentarily while I try it on. Obviously, this is a person who does not care. Below is a photo of the isles that are not accessible because of restocking"

"I really prefer this store they always have the best variety of clothes per my taste. You would think because it's downtown that you'd have to wait in long lines for 1 lane that's open. The lines are long, and they are busy, but I've never had to wait longer than 5, maybe 10 minutes at the most, which to me that's not bad"

"This is my go to store after hours it is the only Ross that open late and I always find affordable good good stuff that you can't fing at the other stores Its always full of merchandise and employees are very nice and friendly Make sure you come after 9 pm is more quiet and peaceful."

"We frequent this store a lot. It's usually hit or miss when it comes to having new products. Recently, they have had a lot of new merchandise to sell for the holiday season. Their associates are usually nice. Unfortunately, the lines can get really long on occasion. I would have rated this place higher but on our last visit we used the restroom and we were not impressed. First off, you smell it before you see it. It looked run down and not well maintained at all. I'd recommend using the restroom at home before coming here. Also, I've recently noticed that they have been blocking the back of the store with racks of products that they are trying to push out on the floor. That's great that they are attempting to restock the floor but they shouldn't block the pathways. It also blocks people from shopping in that area of the store."
