"whoever is in charge here is doing a horrible job with training employees , the first girl i encountered while shopping was great nice and very helpful ,moving forward i was with my daughter in her stoller and i start hanging jeans i wanna try on and buy from the handle on my stoller , mind you im still looking for more things to buy and another employee some older lady with black glasses walks right next to me saying thru her walkie talking in spanish for the employees to keep and eye on me the lady with the stoller and there was barely anyone else in store and im the only one with a stroller at this time , so i follwed her and handed her the 2 pairs of jeans i had picked up so far told her im not here to steal like u think and left im sure she tought i wouldnt understand because she spoke in spanish and guess what thats my first language , i understand retail employees do this for loss preventrion because i once work retail also but guess what these things should be done in a more discreet manner... for example in a lower voice away from the person you are talking about"

"the attention of some of the employees is not adequate, and the manager, instead of showing his best so that the customer leaves satisfied, takes the same attitude as the employees. They cannot work with the public if they do not know how to give good customer service. Different from the other stores I have been to here in Miami."
