"Great Brooks Brothers Store. They have one of the best customer service oriented sales associate Ana Cristina Aristizabal. I am extremely picky with how sales associates address customers and let me tell you i have never experienced a better customer services in a retail store thanks to Ana Cristina, she is kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable in her expertise. She assisted by husband finding the perfect fit taking the time to address his concerns. This is the one and only store that we prefer to shop retail than online. "I've never walked out of this store feeling less than well served by friendly staff. Evelyn and Barbie are just two names, but the whole team has been great so far. The shirts and ties are the main attraction, but there are plenty of other options if you're on the hunt."
