"Visited this store about 3 years ago on vacation. They are one of the only places I can find one of my favorite brands - Tori Richard for women. I ordered a dress to wear on my birthday and the size I ordered was huge on me and I was very worried I wouldn't have this beautiful dress to wear on my birthday. I placed an email to them and ordered a size down and made sure to purchase 1 day shipping. They emailed me back saying I should get the dress on the date I needed it by and I did!!! What a fabulous experience and it made my day. Thank you Island Trends!"

"Disappointing handling of online order. We're now approximately 2 months out from an order that was supposed to already be here. Tracking says it's reached a local post office. The company said it would "get back to me" on 2 occasions but of course now I'm here writing this review because that hasn't happened. To recap, they have my money, but I have no products."
