In my opinion No one compares to other boutiques. They have great pricing and constantly having sales or daily deals. The quality of their products is fabulous. Their customer service is spot on. The shipping is just as fast as Amazon. Go check them out. They won’t disappoint!! If you’re local to tarpon springs, even better. Try before you buy ❤️❤️❤️❤️."

"Macoma Boutique may be pricey for some people but they are the best clothing boutique on the east coast! They have almost daily live sales that go over sizing for each clothing item that you won’t get shopping on Amazon. Their website and app make it super easy and convenient to shop for people all across the United States. Ashley, the owner is super nice and she goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. Her team is also amazing and they get our packages out quickly 2-3 business days most times. If you are shopping on a budget then look for the amazing sales she has continuously. Any shape, and style you will surely find something for you or a loved one!"

"UPDATE to your reply Macoma: Wow first off, amazing it took you 21 minutes to finally respond. I don't appreciate your passive aggressive response, regardless of what you can and can't afford, customer service is priceless. If the shoes came in great condition I don't care how they arrived to me first of all. And I have ordered shoes online from other companies that sent without boxes and guess what it was fine. SO don't make assumptions. Secondly, your policies are TRASH if you want to have more people feel confident in their purchases, you can afford to work with people on case by case basis. Also I should've read the other reviews on here you've done this other consumers too. shame on you. Why bother checking with your rep when you can't even respond in a decent manner. Absolute garbage customer service. Thought they were a great small business to support, my literal first transaction I ordered boots that didn't fit right. They refused to give me a refund because I did not have the box they came in. Rather than work with me even give me a store credit they told me to go sell it on a facebook group site. When I posted a comment on their instagram page, immediately they commented please DM us to assist, I did, a month passes, no follow up. This was my first impression and these types of shops are a dime a dozen. Buyer beware of their fine print."
