"When we first walked in we were greeted and a lady offered us some help. I had picked out a few tops. I needed one ordered because they didn't have my size. She said that it was in-stock online and it can be shipped. After that I needed help with 2 other tops off a mannequin. I was blown off. I decided to just get the two I had set aside and order the other. I stood at the check out for a bit, no one was coming. Every employee was more worried about the person getting a credit card and ignored us at the checkout. My friend said we needed help and someone finally started to walk over but at this point I was too aggravate that a new credit card was more important then other customers (I was going to use my Buckle credit card but now I will be canceling it) When I said nevermind, the guy was like ok and went back to the GROUP of employees helping one person with the credit card application. Are the goals so high for credit cards that the people trying to buy things are so less important? We walked out"

"Not the best Buckle I've been to. Their clothes selection is honestly not the best compared to location in Knoxville, Pensacola and Houston locations I have been to. Should definitely step up their game being in a very touristic area where people are looking for clothing they can't get back home."

"My Favorite Place to Shop my only place for Clothes well correction this use to be I will never shop here again I by tens of thousands dollars worth of clothes Affliction & Rock Revival I had a pair of jeans I recently bought that split I have rock revival jeans I have worn for 12 years that have not split I have worn Rock Revival and Affliction Clothing for over 20 years!!!! The size is a size 33 which I've just been recently able to wear So I am done with buckle"
