"If I could give this office a 0 I would. They have the worst customer service known to man. You get there and they tell you to take a sit but they help every call they get while you’re still seating there. When I call, they never know anything about my pet or account. I’ve paid for unneeded tests. Today was the last straw and I will not be renewing my plan with Banfield. I am going to do exactly what the girl in the front told me to do “never to come back”. More than happy to take my business elsewhere."
"This is a recommendation for the pet clinic located on 14323 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027. The office space dedicated to several types of pets like dogs and cats is necessary to clean after each consultation because of the smell the pets will no be relax for the treatment, I went with my cat and was very nervous.. a dog just came out of the office and immediately they enter my cat. Was difficult to proper put the vaccines. My cat is very docile and calm"
"The team at this location has been amazing so far during all our puppy visits. Sara, Amy, Nelly, Dr. Albers and Dr. Artemis have all treated my baby like their own and he loves all the snuggles and attention he gets. Wonderful staff for every visit!"
"If there zero stars that what would be my rating for this place. Don’t ever trust Bryan Artemis with your pets he is horrible and very unprofessional it’s so funny after having terrible experiences with this veterinarian I got fine with a citation for $165 not registering my dogs rabies tag which when I asked if I needed the tag they told me it wasn’t necessary too. Byran Artemis was the veterinarian that reported me because I got this fine right after my terrible visit with him. Byran Artemis tries to up sell you on your visit and give you the most expense treatment that your pet doesn’t need DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS WITH BYRAN ARTEMIS TRUST ME YIU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! I WILL ESCALATE THIS AS FAR AS I HAVE TOO! MARK MY WORDS!"
"Dr. B is awesome! The entire staff is really caring, polite and efficient. Ladies at the front desk were so nice as well! My cat is usually terrified at the vet, but the girls made her comfortable. Thank you !"
