"I rescued a couple of dogs that are bonded, this place was referred to me by a lady that was helping me with the dogs, first time the poodle had to be shaved and they did a really good job, no skin abrasion, second time she was all fluffy and smelling wonderful, they even took the male that is very unsocialized and had him there although they couldn't do anything with him, but as they are bonded wherever I take one dog the other must follow . This place was a great help, they even told me to take the dogs there once a week so the dogs could get used to them and the environment to make it easier to work especially with Onyx but unfortunately I didn't have the means to do that, but these ppl are great trying to do what they can to help me, Missy sure loves them since she's a cuddler she gets their attention. Since they were dogs living on the streets for awhile they had they share of suffering and I don't believe that Jackie or the other girls would mistreat my dogs. So far no complaints."

"Great service! They all know exactly what there doing. I have pomeranians and it's very hard to find a groomer that knows how to work with there fur and not mess the fur up. The owner is extremely nice and friendly as well as most of the staff. They don't mind explaining what the right way to groom at home is. I was even offer to stop by if I needed any help with home grooming the poms. I'm so glad I was finally able to find an excellent groomer for my pomeranians!!"
