"Another disappointing visit from Banfield, my pup recently got diagnosed with Addisons Disease we were to told schedule with our normal vet for follow up lab work and monthly meds and injection. I called banfield off Daniels and spoke with someone asking if this doctor at this location would feel comfortable treating a dog with addisons(they said yes made the appointment which was made about 2 weeks ago) so appointment comes (my husband takes the dog) they do lab work and gave meds but doctor wants us to follow up with internal med doctor before shot was given she didn’t feel comfortable.So what was the point bringing my dog there paying about $100 or more and not her not feeling comfortable giving her the injection! Just wasted our time and money and still have to go see and pay for another doctor. They should have just said no they don’t feel comfortable and I would have went somewhere else ( now internal doc is weeks out past injection time needed)!! So disappointing we wasted time and money!! Can’t wait till my plan ends with them!"

"They love to change their mind in person and not explain what they’re doing on the phone call appointments. Then depending on the person behind the counter depends on if they will price match medications from chewy. Literally got meds filled at 1pm with a price match but I come back for my second prescription same day and they refuse and say I have to buy online. Doctor acts like she doesn’t know what she is talking about or doing either. I recommend driving a little farther to another one than dealing with these people."

"Disappointed at the lack of consideration at this facility. This is the second time that I've made an appointment, only to show-up with the office being closed. I was never notified or asked to reschedule my appointment. I took time off of work but thankfully the location on page field was open to accommodate on the same day. I used to think that this location was reliable and honest but the threads are unraveling with the lack of professionalism. I will never use this location for future appointments given both random closure dates. I hope the district or regional manager reads this review and begins to look into the procedures and practices at this location. There has to be stronger attention to details and more care given into notifying clients of closures especially during the middle of the day in a work week."
