"If you HAVE to take an animal here... only deal with Dr. Ethan Kilcrease. He is caring and very knowledgeable. If the other Vet, Hal Nobles is on duty, go elsewhere. He is uncaring, and only cares the most expensive animal care and treatments. This guy is all about the money. Pushy, Pushy.. Terrible attitude also. The kind of Vet that no one needs to encounter when their pet is in distress. Hopefully someone will report him to the State soon or he will relocate."
"Worst experience of my life. My little 8 pound dog's stitches came out 1 day post op and they charged me another $112 dollars which included a reexamine fee of $36 for their own shoddy work and $24 for the stapling procedure which had to be done due to his stitches not holding. Never ever again. My 4 dogs will receive care elsewhere. After I left and my husband had a conversation with the office manager, and they did credit us back $46. But that was only due to his complaints after I left. I had also complained which went no where."
