"Ive read some of the negative reviews and the authors are either authors are just whiny spoiled little brats. This practice is phenominal from the DRs to every member of the staff. Even the non office members they deal with at other facilities. I have had 19 surgeries performed by multiple orthos and Dr Heard ishead and shoulders above them all as a Dr and a surgeon. He alsohas the best bedside manner. Hes also the ONLY Dr who has ever personally called me post surgery to see how I was doing. I would trust him 1000% with my kids! Thank you again Dr Heard."

"If I could give a 10 star review I would. My teenage son broke his elbow and after asking around we were - word of mouth - referred to this group. Dr. Davenport became our doctor and I cannot say enough kind things about his bedside manner and patient care techniques. Dr. Davenport spent almost an hour speaking with our son in our first visit; reviewing his sports and outlooks on healing. Dr Davenport treated our teenage son and our family with great respect as well as the compassion of a father to a son; providing words of wisdom and speaking a sports language with our son that bonded them immediately. Sadly our son had surgery yesterday, it was a must, (plate and screws). Again. Dr Davenport went above and beyond to provide the unparalleled care and the best surgical techniques to give our son the very chance of a full recover and return to his volleyball team and cycling group. He never looks at his watch, or tries to rush the appointment or conversation. He made sure all our questions and concerns were answered and even gave more insight beyond my MANY questions. Again I would give 10 stars for Dr Davenport and all the team (front desk and nurses in back) at the Osteen Group (we went to Dr Phillips office). They are amazing!!!"

"If it's lower I would of gave it to them. For THEIR STAFF THEIR First Time I Went To THEIR OFFICE I called and said I was running late. Was going for 3 torn tendons. When I got there got check in and waited and waited after an half hour, they said that the doctor left... I'm pretty sure they charge my insurance.... This month 12/2016 made appt. And was told I needed a referral, witch I got from my primary doctor, This time was for and ganglion cyst on my wrist. Gave them the refferal from my primary, the check in person look at them and yelled at me and said she told me she needed the one from my insurance company, I felt so embarrassed I started to cry but she kept going on, I got up went to the bathroom to let go more tears, that lead me to a depression episode. I approach her again and she told me to called my insurance and make sure I get and authorization from my insurance company. To find out that they were the one who had to call my insurance. This is why I will never recommend their office. The only good going was Dr Davenport he was a sweetheart the only time I seen him 4yrs ago....."
