"I went to this salon with an appointment to get full highlights. I have very long hair and explicitly said that when making my appointment. When I arrived I was told by the male stylist that my hair was "too long" and twisted my words by continuously saying I was the one to lead them on that I had "hair below the shoulder". I always say my hair is mid back to waist length, meaning that that sentence never came out of my mouth. He offered partial highlights because my hair would "take too much time" I agreed because something is better than nothing. Upon sitting down, he did about three strokes brushing my hair and asked me to LEAVE because my hair was knotty, once again saying it would "take to much time". I was embarrassed and upset that I was treated that way, especially given that I had an appointment. Also, the whole premise of getting my hair done is to feel better about myself and to look good for friends and family and I felt the complete opposite leaving the salon. I don't plan on ever returning! ***to all the long haired ladies out there, look elsewhere***"

Without further hesitation I booked an hour with her, I was not disappointed at all! What a great gal, all around. Lucy throughly enjoys helping people with their muscle aches & her work shows it! I recommend you spend an hour with her, your muscles will thank you!"
