"Wow the cleanliness of the hospital was amazing! The nursing staff was fantastic in service and genuine care. My hands were burned and they treated me as quickly as they could and provided referral to a burn center. It's almost like they're paying me that's how fantastic this hospital is! "Part I: Signed in. Chief complaint - kidney stone. Had already vomited once at the house. Made it perfectly clear to the receptionist of the pain I was experiencing just in case she wasn't able to identify the pale color of my face or the sweat dripping from my chin. For the next hour and 10 minutes I sat/stood/walked around the waiting room, during which time I twice had to use the bathroom toilet in which to violently vomit the zero contents of my stomach, an act that was certainly heard by everyone in the waiting room, the receptionist and staff, and the crew of the International Space Station. Part II: Relief finally arrived. The medication was excellent. The staff was excellent. The treatment was excellent - CT scan, blood work, associated diagnosis, etc. Part III: Having rested for an hour, I was ready to leave. However, I was told that I had to wait for the PA to release me, so I waited for half an hour, inquired again, only to be told there was a situation that required the presence of the PA. No worries until an hour went by and I had to ask again about being released. 3 hours after my initial request, I was able to leave. It was wrong that I wasn't seen ASAP and was made to suffer the pain and humiliation of the waiting room. There were other people but their condition was not acute as was mine. The triage process consisted of taking patients back in the order in which they arrived. I would hope this review is well received and acted upon to create resolutions to avoid replication."

"I had a serious emergency and the staff at Ascension Sacred Heart ER in Miramar Beach FL took great care of me. I'm very thankful for the staff at this ER. The nurses communicated with the doctor and as it became necessary, he got out of bed and came in at 1AM to take care of me. Special thanks to the nurses and doctor listed below: Jacqueline Aubrey Melissa Dr Chung You all were fantastic! I know I'm missing a few others in this list but thanks to all."

"Spent this morning in the ER with our 6 year old daughter non-stop vomiting & Dr. Timothy Costello was the most compassionate/knowledgable ER doctor we have ever had an experience with. I am so thankful he was there. He treated our baby like she was his own & did everything we asked plus answered every single one of our questions. He was very personable & continued to check on her at least 4-5 times before we went home. Our nurse was also incredible. Our first experience at this ER was pretty awful during the summertime (different doctors & nurses) so we were definitely concerned to come back but glad we gave it another chance. Thank you Dr. Costello for taking care of our girl."
