"I have been driving all night and had to take a rest. I stopped by this CVS to buy some snacks and use the restroom. When I was walking towards the restroom, I found the office keys on the floor (I knew what they were because I used to work for CVS and even helped do Beauty resets at this location.) Well, even after I gave the keys to an employee, I asked if the restrooms were locked, but she just replied that they couldn't let me use the restroom because of the cameras and they couldn't open them until 8 am. It was 7 am. So I left without buying my snacks."

"The RUDEST people I've ever come into contact with at CVS anywhere, and I've been to several around the U.S. They treated me like garbage when their self checkout machine bunked out and got rid of my 10 dollar Carepass. I showed them the coupon on the screen, and the lady proceeded to blame me and make rude comments suggesting it was my fault like, "Did YOU take your card out when you weren't supposed to?" I have never written a negative review, but I've never felt so poorly treated in my life. They eventually got it fixed, but customers shouldn't be treated that way."
