"I am so grateful to have found this location. Shea has been caring for my dogs the past 5 years and they literally RUN to give her hugs and kisses. The level of care is unmatched, they treat your pups as if it’s their own. Shea has gone above and beyond to make my dogs feel comfortable. They actually love going to the vet and get SO EXCITED the second they see her. This location has the most incredible staff, doctors, and nurses. They truly and genuinely care about every pet they care for and make the parents feel so comfortable knowing their babies are in such good hands."

"My husband and I are happy with this location. We just moved back from Texas to Florida. Our pup was found in Texas with many health issues that we always look for good vets to help him out. We took him to the vet on Friday and we decided on getting their plan that includes everything. For the past two years since finding him, we have spent over thousands of dollars on the health of our pup. Now the cost is almost nothing using their plan. What makes it overall the best experience is the welcoming faces of the ladies at the front and the care of the nurses and vets in this location. I really appreciate everything they do for Roscoe and I know that we will be getting their plan for our cats as well. I truly recommend everybody and any body to this location."

"I had 2 of my fur babies go for a dental cleaning. I have never had a problem. This year not sure if they changed the doctors or the staff but my husky came out limping the next day and my rat terrier couldn’t move his hind legs. 2 days later my rat terrier had to have emergency spinal surgery. He was dragging his hind legs for 2 days after the deep dental cleaning. I don’t feel comfortable using there business and will also cancel my wellness plan for both dogs. I was fortunate to have another vet recommended and he was able to help tremendously and refer me to the neurologist for surgery that same day. My pup is still not walking completely but I have faith that with therapy he will recover. I am totally disappointed in Banfield. I sent them several clients. Not recommending any longer."
