"Ive been bringing my cat to Banfeild for years now, and this location gives them a bad reputation. They called to tell us they would need to put him under anesthesia just to do the routines because hes aggressive, they refused to touch him otherwise which has never had to happen. Meanwhile I went to the location I frequent and he was in and out, and sweet to the techs. My cat wasnt the problem with this location. I know animal hospitals are hit or miss and this location is a miss for me."
