"People are very nice and this is a very good medical center. I just have to say that they don't pick up the phone when you call them. It's been very hard for me to get help from them unless I actually go in person to the center to request the help I need. (Covid has changed many things in our society and Covid could still be the reason why we don't get attention and help adequately at different places. I just wanted to share my frustrations. All of us are busy people and we need prompt attention everywhere.)"

"Conviva Dania Pointe is an amazing health care center . I have over 40 years of experience in the healthcare customer service industry. I have never encountered a staff of this caliber. Every single person in that building is a true professional, they make the patients feel at home. The level of empathy is as high as it can be. Mr. Ledesma is a great team builder. If i was still working I would try to steal everyone for my own team. Kudos to: Dr Martinez, Eli, Paola, Nicole and a very special mention to Maggie, the best case worker i have ever met. "Dr. Martinez-Perez is a caring and professional doctor. He takes time to explain everything and answers questions. The Activity center at Dania Pointe is so much fun! At first, I didn't think it would be but, Tanya Pardo makes this program really interesting and a great place to be. I love it! The front desk staff,Ellie,Paola and Nicole are amazing. They are helpful and kind.Jhon the handsome center administtator is so kind and attentive to all patient's needs.Maggie Hernandez the Access coordiator is knowledgeable and follows through with every request.She is very patient! "I was a little worried about Conviva only because it's a medical center. I gotta say this place is amazing. Everything from making appointments to checking in, no wait time. Dr. Perez is so caring and does what's best for my mom. Every one is supper friendly and they care and it definitely shows. I have to give a big shout out to Tanya Pardo she is an amazing wellness coordinator. My mom loves going to do arts and craft and playing bingo. Thank you Conviva for all you do."
