"Arrived to my appointment to find out my insurance has a balance. Either I paid for it or they couldn’t see me. When I made the appointment this was not told. I asked the lady in the front why wasn’t this told to me when I made the appointment. She literally stop making eye contact with me. Just wanted time and gas. Don’t waste your time with this office!"

"I saw the PA, Chelsey Perez. She was very attentive to my needs and was very thorough. In todays world everything is a rush, but not this office they treat you like family. My experience was very positive. I highly recommend this office and the provider Chelsey Perez."

"Been going here for a couple of years. It's ok... my bloodwork sat on the Dr's desk for 2 weeks, needed to be faxed to my surgeon for my surgery in 3 days! I had to physically go to the office to tell them to fax it after the surgeons office called them 3x to send it! Do your job!!!! High rate of Dr turnover, see a different one everytime. Won't be returning."

"Dr. Jansen is great but she needs a new staff. I have been waiting for 7 months to see a provider for assistance. Twice, I have shown up to my appt. on time to be told that my appointment was cancelled and they tried to call me (which I fail to believe as both times I received a reminder call). Then today, after waiting 2 more months, I receive a call today stating the doctor needs to leave early and my appointment is cancelled. I explained to the personnel on the phone that I am having major health issues and I've been patiently waiting. She didn't even try to reschedule me or anything. I love Dr. Jansen but I love myself more."
