"We have been boarding our dogs here for the past three years. They have always been polite, professional and always willing to hear how to best care for your pet. My dogs have always come back in good shape. The same cannot be said about previous places we have used. The facility is not modern, so if that’s what you’re looking for, they are not for you. It’s quaint, pleasant and clean. Anytime someone asks me for a recommendation of where to board, I immediately tell them about Country Club Pet World. I’m 35 minutes away and I happily make the drive to leave my dogs in good hands."

"***** 5 ***** STAR ***** CARE ***** Wagging tails and smiles on the faces of people with their pets. That is what I saw & experienced while I was there. My princess usually travels with me, so rarely is she boarded. I had to spend the day at Orlando Health South Seminole, not appropriate for her to accompany me and I didn’t want to leave her home alone all day. I found Country Club Pet World, visited the website and decided to call. I spoke to Jocelyn. She was friendly and did an excellent job of answering my questions. I love the transparency of the employees and the website. Most places aren’t that upfront and honest. Makes me feel very confident that I made the right choice for my little princess. I came a couple days ahead of her boarding date to check out the facility. I felt even more confident that I made the right choice. January is the epitome of the saying ‘if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.’ It’s obvious that she loves the dogs and cats in her care. She enjoys being there and interacting with people and their pets. She was telling me about a family that had to board their pets here for several months because of an issue they had with their home. I experienced a similar situation when a family member was in a hospital out-of-state. I had to be with them, so I had to board mine for several months too. Her dedication requires a different level of care and I found that care level here. January was so pleasant and reassuring when I called to see how my princess was. When I came to pick her up, she was happy and content. I understood why I saw all those wagging tails and smiles. We joined the Country Club Pet World pack. We won’t hesitate to come back."
