"Avoid this pharmacy! The pharmacists are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. I called the pharmacy on Sunday, Sept. 10, at 10:08 a.m. to inquire about a discrepancy with the prices of my prescriptions. The pharmacist, who didn't provide me with his name, was very condescending and refused to address my issue. He said I could go to a different pharmacy if I didn't like their prices. I was trying to have him fix an error on my account since he stated I was showing 3 cards on my file and should only have one since this issue was causing a discrepancy in the pricing of my medications, and he refused to address it. As a new customer, I was baffled at how poorly and unprofessional this pharmacist treated me. He said he was working by himself and didn't have time to help me! Cooperate needs to be aware of how their staff treat their customers."

"Winn Dixie has always been a favorite of mine. This particular one is clean, very pleasant employee's, clean bathrooms, fresh deli, bakery and veges and has been this way for However, the new in and out doors and baskets out side...is extremely hard to get use to for me...I'm sure I'll get use to it eventually."

"They had my prescription for 24 hours and when I went back to pick up a gentlemen (white male in his 50s) stated that they could not order it because the insurance was asking for the NPI number and he did not know it. Apparently some identifier for the pharmacy. Unbelievable! Where is the Manager for this store!!!"

"I'm not sure what role Beth plays at the pharmacy but she was absolutely phenomenal with transferring a prescription for me. Very courteous and patient with me trying to read the medication to her. I wished everyone would be this nice."

"Every time I use this pharmacy, I have nothing but problems. I went this morning to pick up 2 prescriptions, and was told that one of my prescriptions could not be filled because my birth date was incorrect on my insurance and they needed to correct it and to verify it first. I do not have insurance. I stated this to Greg, the pharmacy associate assisting me, and he then told me that my bill would be $250.00 without insurance. I asked him if this was correct, because the day prior my doctor specifically prescribed me this particular medication because it was affordable without health insurance (in the $20 - $30) range. He was very rude, sarcastic, and very snappy with me, and again told me it would be $250. Obviously, I did not get that prescription, but my other prescription I did receive, was filled incorrectly. It specifically states on my prescription from my doctor that the medication needs to be in a tablet form (as I do not take the entire pill at once), the pharmacy gave me a gel capsule pill. I've had this particular medication filled at this location before, and received a tablet. When I asked about it, they said that it was my doctors fault for not specifying and that there was nothing they could do. I handed them the written prescription myself (the last time I went to get it filled) and I saw it myself that it had those specific form instructions on it. The entire time, the associate helping me was arrogant, rude, and even laughed at me when I complained that I always have a problem at this pharmacy and said I would be going elsewhere. It's sad to think that a convenient store like Walgreens has a WAY better pharmacy and customer service than a grocery story pharmacy."
